Return & Exchange Policy 

Here at Posh, your satisfaction is our priority which is why our goal is to ensure that you’re pleased with your purchase. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! Please read our refund and exchange policies below:

Returns will only be accepted if the items are unused, unwashed, and unworn. The items must be in their original packaging with their tags intact.  Any items that were purchased as a set must be returned as a set. We will not process any returns for incomplete sets. 

We do not accept returns for baby leggings, tights, socks, hair accessories, hats, caps and swim suits. All baby leggings, tights, hair accessories, hats, caps and swim suit sales are final sale. 


Items purchased with store pickup return policy: 

In store pickup - same day refund ONLY!
In store pick up policy -  all returns must be made within 3 days for store credit ONLY.


Online shipping policy

All items must be shipped back or returned within 4 days of receiving, for a full refund.

(Items should be back in the store within four days)

Store credit will be issued after 4 days, up to 7 days.


Customer is responsible to create a return label.
